Delete your bills and disputes

This removes everything about your visits:

• Every bill you've entered, and the charges on it
• Every check we ran on those bills, and what it found
• Your disputes, and anything you recorded about them
• Anything you told us looked wrong on your results

Your account stays, with just the email you sign in with, so you can check another bill later. What you type about a visit isn't saved with your bill, so there's nothing of that to delete.

Close your account

Closing your account removes your bills and disputes and the email you sign in with. That isn't available here yet. If you subscribe, you can cancel any time from Billing, in your account menu.

Until then, deleting your bills and disputes above removes everything about your visits. What's left is your email address, used only to sign you in, and, if you've used your free bill, a note saying so, so it can't be used twice.
