Do I need my insurance details?
No. The bill you got is enough. So is the paper from your insurance that explains it, called an EOB. You can add your plan later if you want.
What bills can I check?
Any bill from a doctor, a lab, or a hospital. We explain every charge on it. For visits and tests, we also check for mistakes. Checks for surgery and hospital stays are coming.
What if they say the charge is right?
Sometimes it is. The phone script helps you ask why. The letter puts your question in writing, so there is a record.
Is this medical or legal advice?
No. We are not doctors, insurers, or lawyers. When we flag a charge, it is a good question to ask. It is not proof of a mistake.
How much does it cost?
Your first bill is free, start to finish. After that, checking a bill is still free. The phone script and letter are $49 a year for everyone in your home, for as many bills as you have.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to check your bill. We never sell it, and there are no ads. You can delete everything at any time. Delete your data
